Nothing better than home made cookies! Mmmmm ono!

Most athletes have coaches and this is our coach. I have looked up to coach and his surfing since I started surfing. He has been a good friend and gives us good advice. I have heaps of respect for coach and I’m stoked to call him my friend. Aloha

At Marukai in town we were having breakfast and this man came by with his dog. He told us this story of how his dog saved his life. He had brain hemorrage and was unconscious. His dog came and started to bark non stop until his wife woke up to check. She found him in time. If it was a 1/2 hour later he wouldn’t have made it! It was a nice story of how his dog saved his life. I guess that is why they say a dog is man’s best friend! Aloha

Reo had a great time in Hawaii. This was the best summer that I can remember and we even scored fun North Shore. He ia growing fast and is the same height as I am. His surfing improved and has more power now. We wish him all the best. Aloha

Tommy is the father of Keanu. He was a former karate champion and I beleive he has passed on those traits to Keanu. We hope that one day Keanu will be the world champion of surfing. Aloha

Kirby stopped by to say hello. He brought a few friends from Japan. Since the disaster Kirby has gone back to help the people. He risked his own safety for others. I would consider him a hero. Have a great day!
